Tim Ogilvie is CEO & Chief Inspiration Officer of Peer Insight. He is an expert in service innovation, business model development, and design thinking.
Tim is a visionary business leader who has achieved success in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings. Tim has led Peer Insight consulting assignments for sixteen Fortune 200 firms and six global governments, and has made pioneering contributions to the emerging discipline of service innovation and business model design. Prior to forming Peer Insight, he was the founder and CEO of Brivo Systems, a software company focused on security and access control. Before Brivo, he was a partner at Kaiser Associates, the global strategy consultancy. Early in his career, Tim founded and led the global benchmarking practice at Price Waterhouse, conducting site visits in 13 countries. Tim is a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where he teaches customer-centered design. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing Systems from Georgia Tech and a BA in English from the University of Virginia. He is the co-author with Jeanne Liedtka of Designing for Growth: A Design Thinking Tool Kit for Managers (Columbia Business School Press, 2011).

Natalie Foley is an Innovation Director with a focus on Strategy & Change Management. She is a whiz at design thinking and customer-centered problem-solving in complex environments.
Natalie is a vibrant leader who inspires her teams, her clients, and her clients’ colleagues with vision and purpose. With a background in strategy, technology innovation and implementation, and change management, Natalie has led projects for IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers in various countries, functions, and industries. Natalie holds an MBA from UVA’s Darden School of Business and a BA in Psychology from The College of William and Mary.

Jenny Lynn Cargiuolo is an Innovation Director with a focus on Design Research & Strategy. She has a long track record of designing new growth platforms and customer experiences.
Jenny Lynn is an IDEA award-winning service designer who has led multi-stakeholder design research in both B2C and B2B contexts. Jenny Lynn’s research uncovers user needs and defines success criteria for new growth platforms and customer experiences. Jenny Lynn’s background is unique in that she has performed equal amounts of research with end customers as with internal staff responsible for delivery. She has led this work with clients such as P&G, BEHR, KILZ, The Hartford, The Good Samaritan Society, the Commonwealth of Virginia, Diebold, and International Truck & Engine. Jenny Lynn holds a BA in Industrial Design & New Product Development from Carnegie Mellon University.

Tamzyn Peterson is an Innovation Director with a focus on Customer Insights & Organizational Development. She draws from an educational background in linguistics and cultural anthropology.
Tamzyn is gifted at crafting enrollment, communication and training materials for diverse populations. Her anthropology background gives her tools to understand the materials from the point of view of different stakeholder groups and ensure that each group will find the materials clear and usable. Tamzyn’s most recent projects involved training native Afghans in gathering and analyzing social research. She also has experience managing pilot tests of growth platforms in multiple geographies. Tamzyn previously worked with Maslansky & Luntz Communications, developing targeted language for political campaigns and pharmaceutical advertisements. She holds a MA in Communications, Culture and Technology from Georgetown and a BA in Anthropology from Reed College.
