We interviewed two dozen innovators responsible for organic growth through incubation. All of them lead teams that were no longer in infancy and so we asked “what would you have told your ‘younger’ innovator self before you started this journey?” They had wonderful insights to ensure concepts don’t “miss the exit” to the core business.
