Jerod Turner | Design Strategist

Jerod is a Design Strategist at Peer Insight that thrives at the intersection where present realities mix with new ideas. As a futurist and pun enthusiast, Jerod uses a mix of wit, data, and storytelling to explore “what if?” and transform the voices of users into visions for positive change. Jerod’s background in architecture also provides a unique lens for designing holistic experiences and bringing them to life as an environment, product, or service.

Before joining Peer Insight, Jerod led clients in developing experience strategies and programs for workplaces, airports, and schools. Jerod’s previous experience includes work with clients such as Microsoft, Uber, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Gensler, San Francisco International Airport, Twitch, and Gusto. What I Love

What Inspires Me

I believe that everyone has their own inner “superpower” and I’m most inspired when I see a peer or client use their superpower in action.

A Favorite Moment at Peer Insight

My favorite moment at Peer Insight was actually before I joined the firm. I met the team at a workshop in San Francisco and I thought, “Wow, what an amazing team to work with!” And now I am so excited to be on the other side of the workshop table with them.
