What I Love

What Inspires Me

My kids and husband, underdogs, when things don’t go as planned, being outdoors, witnessing small and large courageous acts, intrapreneurs, and the power of a prototype.

A Favorite Moment at Peer Insight

One moment at Peer Insight that I will never forget: we were with a brand new client helping them tackle a really tough challenge.  We were at the beginning of the project, all still getting to know each other and the ins and outs of our partnership, and finished our first 2 day workshop. We went to eat lunch afterwards and as I glanced around the circle of our table, I was overwhelmed by how proud I was of this team for delivering such an incredible, impactful workshop for our client and the challenge. Every single person had been a contributor, voice in the room, nudging us in the right direction when we were off track. What amazing people I get to work with – insanely amazing innovators and collaborators as well as being genuine, truly wonderful people.
